The technical department is responsible for computer manufacturing, repairs, system deliveries, onsite repairs, network installation and design.

TECS can offer you a full range of services from simple memory upgrade to complex network installation.  We have a technician in all our locations to service your computer.  Each technician has been trained at our head office to learn the "tricks" of diagnostics and repair of PC's.  We pride ourselves in maintaining our customer's data whenever possible.

All TECS computers are assembled with utmost care.  However, there are times when things can go wrong.  That's why we, the technical support team, are here to help you.  If you are having problems with a TECS computer system or any products purchased from us, then you can email a technician for help or you can call upon any of our locations.  Please note that although we do upgrade and repair most brands of computers, we can provide technical assistance only on our products.
